Challenges include reviewing the Camden Council's Camden Local Environment Plan 2010 & Camden Development Control Plan, and liaising closely with Camden Council to address all the relevant town planning, architectural design , accessibility, acoustic (noise), heritage, traffic & parking, stormwater drainage, National Construction Code (NCC) / Building Code of Australia (BCA), operational, health and hygiene issues.
